Amplifier Health ("Amplifier", "we", "us") builds voice based wellbeing tools. This policy covers the Amplifier for Google Meet Chrome extension, the Amplifier Zoom app (Amplifier Meeting Insights), and the account dashboard at burnout.amplifierhealth.com.

What we collect

1. Account data. Your email address and a sign in token, handled through Google Firebase Authentication.
2. Voice samples. About 30 seconds of your own voice every 5 minutes during a call. In Google Meet this is your own microphone only, and only while you are in a call and unmuted. If the extension cannot tell whether you are muted, it captures nothing. In Zoom, audio is received through Zoom's real time media stream for meetings where you have installed and authorized the app.
3. Derived results. Acoustic estimates such as stress and fatigue scores, the meeting identifier, timestamps, your plan tier and your consent record.

What we do not collect

We do not read chat messages, captions, participant names, video or any other page content in Google Meet. The extension reads only whether you are in a call and whether your microphone is muted. We do not capture other participants in Google Meet.

How we use your information

Only to produce your results, show them to you, enforce plan limits, and operate and secure the service. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to make decisions about credit or lending.

Who processes it

Voice samples travel over encrypted connections to Amplifier's backend on Google Cloud and to Amplifier's acoustic analysis service, which returns the estimates. Account sign in is handled by Google Firebase. These providers process data on our behalf. We do not share your results with your employer or any other third party unless you choose to.

Retention

Raw audio is not kept after analysis. Derived results and consent records are kept while your account is active. Delete your account and we delete them.

Your choices

1. Stop sampling at any time using the Stop button in the extension popup.
2. Withdraw consent from the popup or your account page. This ends all analysis.
3. Sign out of the extension at any time.
4. Ask us to delete your account and data by emailing the address below.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Access to stored results is limited to your account and to a small number of authorized Amplifier personnel who operate the service.

Children

Our tools are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Not a medical device

Amplifier's wellbeing results are informational. They do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Talk to a clinician about health concerns.

Chrome Web Store user data policy

The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above and, for material changes, notify account holders by email.
